Good Morning!  Today is Thursday, March 22, 2018.

Today’s lunch is: hot combo sub, broccoli, chips, and fruit.

Attention students thinking of taking College Credit Plus courses on college campuses or online this summer or next school year; you must complete an "intent to participate form" and return it to the high school guidance office by May 1.  Completion of this form is required by state legislation for a student to be eligible for the program.  This form was emailed to you. Students taking College Credit Plus courses at Kalida High School next school year will be given this form by Mr. Clement on April 11 and must be completed and turned into the high school guidance office by May 1 as well.  These courses include the following:  Introduction to Engineering, Digital Electronics, Computer Aided Drafting, Computer Applications, and Psychology.  See Mr. Clement if you have any questions.

Tomorrow is the last meeting OF THE CHALLENGE CLUB, and the awards meeting starts at 4:30.

2018 Spring/Fall Marching Band Color Guard tryouts will be on Monday, March 26th and Tuesday, March 27th from 5-6:30 pm and Friday, March 30th from 10-11:30am. Tryouts are open to any students currently in grades 8-11. Please meet in the Band room at the start of each tryout session.

There is sign-up sheet in the office for any current 6th or 7th grade girl interested in playing on the Junior High volleyball team next season.

The FLC is selling bracelets and purses during lunch.  Bracelets are $5 and purses are $10.  All proceeds will benefit the “Pulsera Project”, an organization that helps those in need in Central America.

There will be a player/parent meeting for all girls planning on playing high school volleyball next season on Thursday, April 5 at 6pm in the HS Community Room.  There are also forms for the Elida Summer League in the HS office that need to be picked up, completed and returned at the meeting along with payment for the summer league. 

Senior Most Ballots have been emailed to all members of the Senior Class.  They are due to Mrs. Knueve by the end of the day next Wednesday, March 28.

VANTAGE SENIORS:  Senior Most Ballots were emailed to both your Kalida and Vantage Email Addresses.  They are due to the High School Office by the end of the day next Wednesday, March 28.  Or you can email them to Mrs. Knueve.
