P/T Conference sign-up begins Monday, November 4, 2024. Registration will be on a first come-first serve basis.

P/T Conferences will be held Thursday, Nov. 21 from 5:00pm-8:00pm and Monday, Nov 25. from 3:30pm-8:00pm.    

The format of all conferences will be in person unless other arrangements are made with the individual teacher.

Kalida is using PTCFast.com to make Parent/Teacher Conference signups as convenient as possible. Please enter the following web address into your browser window:

When filling out the information, please enter your valid email that you can be reached at for the conference.  You will then receive an email where it will direct you to further schedule your conference time.  Only available conference times will be viewable.  If you have multiple conferences to schedule, please make your choice in the left sidebar as to whether you are registering another conference for the same student or adding a different student.  Choose your time and “confirm” your selection.  You will receive an email confirming your scheduled conference time(s).  Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email.

If you have a Middle or High School student that you need a conference with Mrs. Gracyn Schwieterman (Choir) or Mrs. Kristen Stechschulte (Phys. Ed.), you will need to sign up using the Elementary Conference link and will meet those teachers at the Elementary School.  Please double check your times and locations when you schedule to make sure you have enough time to travel between the High and Elementary Schools.
