Any student in grades 6-11 who is intending to take College Credit Plus courses on college campuses or online this summer or next school year must complete an "intent to participate form" and turn it into the high school guidance office by May 1, 2018.

Completion of this form is required by state legislation for a student to be eligible for the program.

Students taking College Credit Plus courses at Kalida High School next school year will be given this form by the high school on April 11 and must be completed and turned into the high school guidance office by May 1.

Please note:  if you have filled out this form in the past school years, you do not need to fill out a new one.

These courses include the following:  Introduction to Engineering, Digital Electronics, Computer Aided Drafting, Computer Applications, and Psychology.

Students completing the intent form after May 1 may be considered at the discretion of the school district.
